DAY OF THE TREATMENT: Today after the treatment clean the brow area every 2-3 hours using sterile gauze and anti-bacterial soap provided). After every second clean apply a very thin layer of aftercare gel.
After the last clean of day one, dab a tiny bit of the aftercare cream onto your brows (very thin layer).
DAY 2 TO DAY 3: Move to cleaning morning and evening only. Dab the aftercare cream onto the brows 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and before bed). Only use a very thin layer so the skin can breathe.
DAY 4 ONWARDS: Leave the brow area alone. If brows feel tight then apply some aftercare cream. Wash your hands before and after applying the cream to your brows. Apply the cream with a clean fingertip and be very gentle with the brow area. No vigorous rubbing, just a gentle dab/tap.

During the first 2 weeks after PMU you may experience some:
· Scabbing/Flaking/Crustiness - DO NOT PICK
· Swelling/Tenderness/Redness - this will subside after a couple of days
· Itchiness - DO NOT ITCH OR RUB (you can gently tap - very gently)
· Dryness
REMEMBER: This is a process - you have to trust it.
If you pick your brows you will pull the pigment out - it is implanted into the very top layers of the skin (not like a tattoo) - this will affect your end result. You must let the scabs/flakes fall off naturally. If/once the scabs/flakes have come off your brows may fade/completely disappear - this is all part of the process - the colour will start to come back over the coming weeks.
IMPORTANT DO NOT'S for the first two weeks
No getting them wet. No soaps, cleansers or water on the brow area. If the brow area does get wet, dab them very very gently with a tissue or cotton wool pad
No chlorinated pool
No long hot steamy baths/showers
No sauna, steam rooms, jacuzzies
No sunbeds/sunbathing
No Retin-A products around the brow area
Wash your hair with your head tilted right back to avoid getting any water or shampoo on the brows
Do not try to hide your eyebrows with a fringe for the first two days
Do not panic if the colour starts to disappear. The final result won't be there until at least 3 weeks after your 6-8 week touch up.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Your skin needs to repair itself, so the excess pigment particles that are sat on the surface will dry up and form a crust along with skin cells. Some clients may not experience any scabbing or flaking of the skin whilst others will have a definite scab. This will come away gradually over the next 10-14 days. Sometimes it may look like hardly any pigment is remaining, this is completely NORMAL
